Trauma Stories
This topic needs a trigger warning. !!!!! I rarely go into the disgusting details of the events and only discuss those in my books. However, some details in the topic of Trauma Stories, may be too intense to handle & may trigger intense emotions & flashbacks in victims. Please, do not read my survivor story if you may be affected. This is to bring awareness to my traumatic experiences in life & to help someone heal in their own way, through a relatable story and understanding.
Surviving SA & Rape
I share my stories of traumatic events with others in the hope of providing healing, comfort, and a voice. By sharing my experiences, I aim to help others find their own voice and share their stories. Through this process, I found comfort and healing and I hope to help others in their process to forgive and move forward in their own lives.
Car Wrecks
I've been through some traumatic car accidents that I miraculously walked away from. In my story, I share how I felt like an angel was holding me in a safe position during one of the accidents. I also emphasize the importance of avoiding any distractions, such as using your phone while driving.
Relationship Drama
Do you have a story to share about relationships? It's common to go through difficult experiences that can be traumatic. I'm sharing my own experiences of feeling crazy and anxious, being with a narcissist, and dealing with the negative emotions and trauma that came with it.
No matter how severe or how minor the trauma is, I share my experiences and hopefully can bring comfort or hope in someone either not yet fully healed or who needs understanding. I share my thoughts on each life event & how I overcome the affects on a daily basis. How being in flight or fight mode can be a challenge with understanding how we respond to others after trauma.
